At Finn’s Eyewear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including cases, cloths, and tags.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Store Credit Only (No Cash Refunds)
Please note that Finn’s Eyewear does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on our store.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for store credit and placing a new order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
